These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of rentgameready.com and the rental services provided by Recovery Rentals LLC (“Recovery Rentals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website, requesting a quote, or renting equipment from us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

Recovery Rentals LLC is a limited liability company located at 57 Elizabeth Rd, New Rochelle, NY 10804, doing business as “Recovery Rentals.” We rent Game Ready cold and compression therapy machines and attachments for at-home recovery, shipped throughout the United States.

2. Our Services

2.1 We provide short-term rentals of Game Ready machines and related attachments. Rental pricing, available rental lengths, and shipping details are shown on our website or provided during the quote and booking process.

2.2 Rental equipment is intended to support recovery as directed by your healthcare provider. We do not provide medical advice. Always follow your doctor’s or physical therapist’s instructions on how, when, and how long to use cold and compression therapy.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

3.1 Rentals may be booked online or by calling or texting 844-600-2653. A booking is confirmed once you have signed the rental agreement, provided the verification documents we request, and payment has been received.

3.2 Cancellations must be made before your equipment ships. Cancellations after shipment, or failure to cancel within the time stated in your rental agreement, may result in a cancellation fee, shipping charges, or forfeiture of a deposit as described at the time of booking.

4. Payments and Pricing

4.1 Payment terms, including any deposit and the total rental charge, are stated at the time of booking and in your rental agreement.

4.2 We accept the payment methods listed on our website or communicated by our team. By providing a payment method you authorize us to charge it for the rental amount, any rental extensions you request, and any late-return, damage, or replacement charges described in your rental agreement.

4.3 Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price quoted for a confirmed booking will not change.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 We ship equipment via UPS to the address you provide at booking. Shipping to you and back to us is included in the rental price unless stated otherwise.

5.2 You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for receiving the equipment when it is delivered. We will do our best to deliver before your requested start date, but carrier delays outside our control may occur.

6. Equipment Use and Care

6.1 You agree to use the equipment only as instructed, for its intended purpose, and to take reasonable care of it during the rental period.

6.2 Any damage, malfunction, or loss must be reported to us immediately at 844-600-2653. We will work with you to replace malfunctioning equipment promptly.

6.3 The equipment remains the property of Recovery Rentals LLC at all times. You may not sell, lend, sublease, or transfer it to anyone else.

7. Returns and Late Fees

7.1 Equipment must be returned by the end of your rental period in the same condition it was received, allowing for normal wear and tear, using the prepaid return label we provide.

7.2 If you need more time, contact us before your return date to extend your rental. Equipment returned late without an approved extension, or returned damaged or incomplete, may result in additional rental charges, cleaning fees, repair costs, or the replacement cost stated in your rental agreement.

8. Rental Agreement

Each rental is also governed by the rental agreement you sign before your equipment ships. If these Terms and your signed rental agreement conflict, the rental agreement controls for that rental.

10. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

11.1 The equipment is provided for rental use in accordance with your healthcare provider’s guidance. Recovery Rentals LLC makes no medical claims and does not guarantee any specific recovery outcome.

11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recovery Rentals LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the rented equipment or our website. Our total liability for any claim relating to a rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental.

12. Intellectual Property

The content of our website, including text, images, videos, and logos, belongs to Recovery Rentals LLC or is used with permission and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. Game Ready® is a registered trademark of its respective owner; Recovery Rentals LLC is an independent rental provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturer.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or a rental will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Westchester County, New York.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the date at the top shows the latest revision. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
